On Unhistoric Acts...

  • "...for the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and that things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs." --George Eliot, Middlemarch

Julie

Oh you poor thing. I HATE it when my family is sick. Honestly, it is the only time when I truly think that having a big family sucks. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy being the hen to this rather unruly brood. I hope that poultry reference didn't just turn your stomach.

I just did a quick review of your posts and realized that I have a lot of delightful reading ahead. I am especially interested in the quilt. Your fabrics look awesome. I can't even picture a day when I can again work on a project for "fun" and not some desperate house fixing. Oh well. I guess that is what my 50's will be for.

Get better soon.
